Asofiben begins today its activities to make visible and raise awareness about fibromyalgia
Benidorm Fibromyalgia Association (Asofiben) has begun today the activities designed to commemorate World Fibromyalgia Day, which is celebrated this coming Friday, May 12. For this, the first appointment has been the placement at noon of an allusive banner on the balcony of the Town Hall. An act chaired by the mayor Toni Pérez, members of the local corporation and the Association's Board of Directors, as well as professionals and affected belonging to it.
Tomorrow the association will participate in a special program on Onda Benidorm municipal radio station in which they will broadcast in first person what the daily reality of the affected people is like. Finally, on Friday the 12th, several information tables will be set up on Martínez Alejos Street to offer information to those interested and give visibility to the disease.
Asofiben is a Benidorm association whose objectives include improving the quality of life of affected people, as well as promoting a more egalitarian and inclusive society.
