Cerca de 250 personas conformarán el dispositivo de seguridad para el Reggaeton Beach Festival

Around 250 daily troops will make up the security device for the Reggaeton Beach Festival that is being held this weekend at Guillermo Amor Sports City in Benidorm. This morning the coordination meeting was held, headed by the Councilor for Citizen Security, Jesús Carrobles, which was attended by those responsible for the Local and National Police, Civil Protection, and hired private security.

According to the device, the expected capacity amounts to 25,000 people each of the two days. The doors will open both days at 4:00 p.m. and they will close at 1:00 a.m.

There have been 15 evacuation and emergency exits and another two more specific exits for the VIP area.

Regarding the security forces, there will be coordinators, security guards, access controllers, assistants, and a director of the Emergency Action Plan. There will also be a special device from the Local Police and the National Police, as well as Civil Protection volunteers divided into two shifts.

All this up to a total of about 250 people who will ensure the complete security of the event.

The healthcare staff provided for each of the days of the festival will be made up of two Advanced Life Support units, one with a doctor and a nurse and the other with a nurse, Basic Life Support with two technicians, a team made up of two technicians, an ambulance with a driver and an Advanced Medical Post, as well as four lifeguards.

Jesús Carrobles pointed out at the end of the coordination meeting that "this device guarantees the safety of the thousands of attendees at the event" and has shown his certainty that "it will pass without any incident as it has been in previous years".
