Walter d’Arcangelo and Gonzalo Devesa offer a great concert at the International Organ Festival
The Italian organist Walter d'Arcangelo and the oboist Gonzalo Devesa from Benidorm offered this Friday a high-level concert within the XII Benidorm International Organ Festival, which this Friday brought together a large audience in the parish church of San Jaime and Santa Ana.
During their performance, both musicians offered works by Tomaso Albinoni, Dietrich Buxtehude, Carl Philippe Emmanuel Bach, Johan Gotfried Walther, Alessandro Marcello, Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi and Felix Mendelson Bartholdy, which in many moments of the concert aroused applause from the audience.
Before starting the recital, councillor for Equality and Social Welfare, Ángela Zaragozí, greeted the musicians and chatted with them for a few moments, before giving way to the first works.
The XII International Organ Festival will return on May 1, with a new concert.
