New traffic cuts on Andalucía Avenue due to the works on the stormwater network
The Department of Mobility has reported on the new traffic cut that will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, October 2, on Andalucía Avenue, due to the progress of the works on the stormwater network of this road which is reaching the asphalting phase.
The asphalting work will be done in sections and the restrictions to access fords will also affect the urbanisations, although these will vary throughout the day. Thus, between 08:00 and 12:00, the restrictions will focus on the section of Andalucía Avenue between Suecia and Suiza Avenues. In contrast, from midday to 16:00, vehicle traffic and access to the fords located in the section between Suiza and Dinamarca Avenues will be restricted. Finally, from 16:00 to 19:00, the restrictions will operate on the section of Andalucía between Dinamarca and Francia Avenue.
Temporary signage will be placed throughout the day on the various sections to indicate alternative traffic routes and restrictions will be restored as soon as possible to travel through the areas where it is being worked.
This action is part of the project for ‘Improvement of the Edusi area of Els Tolls to renaturalise the environment and renew the rainwater and wastewater networks’.
In addition to the traffic cut on Andalucía Avenue, other changes will be made to vehicle traffic in the area, indicated by temporary signage.
