More than 4,000 members of the clubs in the fastest Clubs entrance in recent years

The Entrance of Clubs has gathered tonight more than 4,000 partiers who have not wanted to miss one of the most massive events of the festive calendar of Benidorm.

At 9:00 p.m., the first clubs gathered on Ruzafa Street and, from there, they went to the main stand at the confluence of Martínez Alejos and Gambo streets. One by one, until reaching 230. This year's has been the fastest route in recent years. The organization and work of the members of the Associació de Penyes ‘Verge del Sofratge’, presided over by Coly Pérez, has achieved one of the objectives set since the beginning of his term, speeding up the entry.

In the gallery, the mayor, Toni Pérez; the Councilor for Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles and members of the corporation; the president of the Comissió de les Festes Majors Patronals, Roberto Carretero; the queens, Marina Carrillo and Paula Mayor, accompanied by their courts of honor; and Coly Pérez, have imposed the bowties on the banners of the clubs.

The festive events of Saturday begin at 10.00 in the morning with a religious ceremony in the Parish Church of Sant Jaume and Santa Anna. At 11.45 the opening of the doors of the Church will take place and at 12.00, after the Angelus and the general flipping of bells, Benidorm will celebrate officially its parties.

At 12.15 will begin the Entrance of Music Bands that, around 13.00 hours will be concentrated in the Plaza de SSMM the Kings of Spain to jointly interpret the hymn of the Festes Majors Patronals, 'Fiesta in Benidorm', directed by its creator, Rafael Doménech. Next, the thunder and color bombardment will take place, in charge of the Ricasa pyrotechnics.

At 17.00 on the Paseo de Poniente, the Finding of Our Paterona, the Mare de Déu del Sofratge, Festival of Tourist Interest of the Valencian Community, will be staged by the ACR ‘La Barqueta’.

At 18.30 will begin the pilgrimage and Offering of Flowers that will depart from the Park of Elche. Upon completion, Paula Mayor will recite a verse to the Virge, and Marina Carrillo will address a few words to the people of Benidorm. Then the proclamation of the parties will take place, which Francisco Amillo will read. The mayor will close the act.

In the evening there will be musical performances in Huerto de Colón and at 11 pm, at Plaza de SSMM los Reyes de España, local bands.
