Benidorm última los detalles para conectar su Smart Office DTI a la plataforma inteligente de destino nacional

Benidorm Smart Office has hosted this week a technical meeting between the head of Segittur's Intelligent Destination Platform (PID), Ramón Ferri, and the Councilor for Innovation, Aida Garcia Mayor; and those responsible for the areas of New Technologies and Innovation of the City Council; and Visit Benidorm, Tourist Intelligence and Dinapsis. During the meeting, Ferri was able to learn first-hand and in detail how Benidorm manages its DTI, the tools that he has been implementing to advance in the development of his Master Plan, and the solutions that he plans to incorporate in the medium term.

The visit is motivated by Benidorm's interest in showing the data sharing space system and the progress in the implementation of the DTI Platform that it is developing with Red.es, in addition to showing the DTI destination management software, Ciclops DTI, an essential component that Benidorm developed to monitor its transformation and development of the DTI master plan and that allows decision-making based on data and evidence.
Of the same, during the meeting, Ferri detailed the details and operations of the new PDI, which will be based in Benidorm, and the possibilities that it offers to tourist destinations. Specifically, his mission is to accelerate the digitization process of tourist destinations and companies in favor of increasingly hyperconnected tourists.

Those attending the meeting agreed on the importance of the new platform being able to offer connected digital services to both tourists and residents. In this regard, García Mayor explained that "the Smart Office DTI and its future connection with the National Platform will improve the tourist experience by offering new experiences and offering new services to the customer."

“With all this information –he added- it is possible to improve the visibility of the brand, generate high-value products, improve security and flows; and create loyalty campaigns that increase the length of stay and average spending”. García Mayor has concluded that "in short, we are talking about improving the competitiveness of BENIDORM DTI".
