The mayor of Benidorm receives the Rogel brothers and shows his satisfaction after the achievements of both swimmers
This morning the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, together with the Councilor for Sports, Mariló Cebreros have received the brothers Carlos and Paula Rogel in Benidorm City Council, after their brilliant sports career during this 2019 in different sports disciplines, showing their satisfaction for the achievements.
The swimmer of the Benidorm Swimming Club, Carlos Rogel, achieved the gold medal in the children's category, 25m apnea, 50m biathletes, 100m biathletes and bronze medal in 4x100 surface relay in the Spanish Championship of Swimming with Finned, held in Girona in the town of Sant Feliu de Guixols.
Meanwhile Paula Rogel, of the Top Ten Club, which debuted in this competition in the Benjamin category, achieved a brilliant performance in the Spanish Championship of Rescue and Lifeguard held on Malvarrosa beach in Valencia to achieve the 50m gold medal dummy trailer with fins, 4x25m relay with obstacles and 4x50m with sprint fins and relays, silver medal in coast slalom and 50m with obstacles and bronze medal in flags.
