Good entry into the stands of the Palau d'Esports l'Illa in Benidorm to witness the Spanish Championship of Kick Boxing Tatami Sport 2017

More than a thousand people have met since early morning today at the Palau d'Esports L'Illa in Benidorm to witness the Spanish Championship of Kick Boxing, which is celebrated today Saturday and tomorrow Sunday in the modalities of Tatami Sport (light-contact, point-finht, kick-light, koshiki and musical forms) and organized by the Federation of Kick Boxing of the Region of Valencia in collaboration with the Department of Sports and the Club Kick Boxing Benidorm.
The mayor of Sports, Ana Pellicer, received this morning a plaque commemorating the event from the hands of the President of the Valencian Federation, José Gómez Valdelvira; Accompanied also by the president of the Spanish Federation, Jesus Egía; And the president of the Kick Boxing Club of Benidorm, Eduardo Martín. Previously, a minute of silence was kept in memory of the recently deceased Raúl García Barrera, twice champion of Spain.
From 10:30 a.m. in the morning the competitions have begun in the different modalities with the eliminatory and semifinal tests. The finals will be played on Sunday morning from 10:00 in the morning. This championship is qualifying to select the representatives of Spain in the next championships of Europe and the world ".
The competition brings together 1,200 athletes of the selections of 15 autonomous communities, that will dispute more than 900 combats of these modalities, all very technical. The event highlights that this year 2017 is the age of the Spanish Federation of kick Boxing, which was officially born on July 22, 1999.
