Fiestas reminds non-associated clubs the procedures to obtain a license for the next FiestasMayores Patronales
The Councils of Fiestas and Public Security have reminded the non-associated clubs about the procedures they must follow to have a license for the next Major Patron Festivities in compliance with Decree 28/2001 of March 18 of the Consell which approves the Regulation that regulates the conditions and typologies of the festive venues.
Both departments have informed that at the time of requesting the Temporary FESTER Type B Headquarters Bulletin, the non-associated clubs must have the following documentation: certificate of registration in the Register of Associations of the Valencian Community; photocopy of the CIF; full list of associates with name and surname, ID, date of birth and telephone number; photocopy of all the DNI of the associates; Civil Liability insurance policy; and updated receipt of that insurance.
