Benidorm example of good practices at the I Ibero-American Congress of Smart Tourist Destinations

Benidorm, as the first certified Smart Tourist Destination (DTI) in the world, has been one of the main protagonists of the I Ibero-American Congress dedicated to this subject that was held these days in Medellín (Colombia). Specifically, Benidorm has been approached as an example of good practices and a success story.
The manager of Visit Benidorm, Leire Bilbao, has been in charge of presenting Benidorm's experience in making intelligent use of data to design a destination's tourism strategy. For this Ibero-American event, Benidorm has had the collaboration of Segittur, whose president, Enrique Martínez, also offered a conference yesterday on the management of the DTI.
