The sporting event is also part of the activities organised by the Department of Mobility, headed by Francis Muñoz, to mark European Mobility Week (EMW).
The mayor of the city, Toni Pérez, flanked by a large part of the municipal council and, among others, the regional representative, José Ramón González de Zárate, signalled the start of this third edition, which raised €28,000 for Aspanion, surpassing previous years' figures and setting a fundraising record.

Since 9:00 a.m., hundreds of people have registered for one of the events: the 5-kilometre run, the 10-kilometre run, and Nordic walking and walking, which also covered a 5K route. The Councillor for Sports, Javier Jordá, and other members of the municipal council participated in the race.

As in previous editions, the day included children's races and a bar with food and drinks at affordable prices, making it a morning of sport, solidarity, and togetherness for everyone.

The route started from the Town Hall Square toward Levante Beach, and in the case of the 10K, it also reached Poniente Beach before finally returning to the finish line.

In the men's 5K race, Vicente Solbes finished first with a time of 17 minutes, 1 second. Adrián García finished second with a time of 17:48. Alexander Mendoza finished third with a time of 18:20. In the women's race, Ángela Llorca Delaitte took first place, covering the distance in 20 minutes, 13 seconds. Maite Messiaen finished second with a time of 23:46, and Silvia Becerra finished third with a time of 24:45.

In the 10-kilometre race, Juanan Fernández won the race, covering the distance in 35 minutes and 24 seconds. Ximo Santoja took second place in 35:34. Ruben Caballero came in third with a time of 36:02. In the women's category, first place went to Nicole Kronsbein with a time of 41 minutes. Verónica Cano took second place in 43:33, and Sonia Tirado came in third with 44:05.

Toni Pérez congratulated the organisers for "a magnificent morning in which sport and solidarity once again went hand in hand in our city to support those most in need." After presenting the check for the proceeds to the representatives of Aspanion, prizes and trophies were also awarded to the participants.
