This afternoon has taken place at the Local Police of Benidorm a training session on the use of drones in security matters with police from the United States and Germany, following the request made by the association 'Star International Police Exchange'.
During the day have studied the way of work and the use of this technology by the Air Unit of the Local Police of Benidorm. The main objective has been the exchange of experiences among the participants, in addition to "knowing the methods they use and everything that can bring us something".
The Councilor for Citizen Security acting, Lorenzo Martínez, has positively valued this day "as it puts in value the work being done by the Local Police with this technology" and has allowed to successfully resolve some actions with very restricted access in terms of Mobility.
The Association 'Star International Police Exchange' is a non-profit organization whose purpose is the professional training of its members through police exchange programs between different bodies of many countries of the world.
