Benidorm City Council has displayed a commemorative banner on the balcony of the City Hall to celebrate the National Day of Spanish Sign Languages.
In the act have participated the acting mayor, Toni Pérez also acting as Councilor for Social Welfare, Angela Llorca, colleagues and representatives of Apesobe, the Association of Deaf People in Benidorm.
