Estopa closes the poster of the fifth anniversary of Iberia Festival

Estopa, the band of the Muñoz brothers, will perform on August 19 at the Iberia Festival, as announced on Tuesday by the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the promoter Javier Ferrándiz. Estopa is the incorporation that closes the Iberia poster, which this year celebrates its fifth edition with two days of festival and which will also include Loquillo, Pistones, Seguridad Social, Hombres G and Inmaculate Fools.
The mayor has assured that in its fifth anniversary Iberia will have "an incomparable poster" that will be "a tribute to its five-year trajectory as the main festival of Spanish pop-rock that is celebrated in national territory". A festival, he recalled, "born in Benidorm" by local entrepreneurs.
Ferrándiz said that this year is "the best poster" of all the editions of the festival, and has highlighted the fact that for the stage of Iberia will happen "two of the five Spanish groups that turned in 2016 that more entries Sold ": Estopa - the third with greater sale of localities - and Loquillo.
The promoter explained that Benidorm "will be one of five or six concerts" that Estopa has scheduled for this year in Spain and "the only one" in the area of influence of the Valencian Community, Murcia and may Castilla-La Mancha .
