Low Festival closes its 15th anniversary with over 65,000 attendees and announcing dates for 2026

El Low Festival cierra su 15 aniversario con más de 65.000 asistentes y anunciando las fechas para 2026

Benidorm Low Festival closed its fifteenth anniversary edition in style this morning, bringing the curtain down on three days of music in an unbeatable way: confirming the attendance of more than 65,000 people over the three days of the festival and announcing the dates for the 2026 edition, which will be held on July 31 and August 1 and 2. This was announced by the event's promoter, Baltimore Producciones, who also announced the imminent launch of tickets for audience attendance next year.

The Councillor for Events and Citizen Security of Benidorm City Council, Jesús Carrobles, emphasised that "once again this year, the musical, organisational, and audience expectations have been met" over these three days. More than 70 concerts have taken place there "completely smoothly and without any significant incidents, thanks to the collaboration of attendees; the prior organizational and planning work; and compliance with the health and safety plan, which involved more than 200 officers" including police officers, private security guards, healthcare workers, and technical support staff, according to the councilor.
Carrobles noted that, with fourteen editions held in Benidorm, "the

Low Festival is a fully established event in our city, which each year incorporates new features to improve the experience of attendees, reduce its footprint in the destination, and create an even better lineup than the last, as we have seen once again." Thus, The Pet Shop Boys, The Kooks, Empire of the Sun, Viva Suecia, Siloé, Lori Meyers, Zahara, Amaia and Carolina Durante, along with the rest of the bands and artists who have performed live during these days, "have offered spectacular concerts, with a high-level production, and have thrilled the audience from early hours until closing time."

For his part, the Councillor for Sports, Javier Jordá, reported that, with the dismantling of all the infrastructure necessary to host the festival already underway, the City Council will reopen the Foietes municipal swimming pool in the coming days, once all the analyses conducted confirm the good quality of the water. Specifically, the councillor indicated that the current estimate is for the pool to reopen this Thursday, July 31st, although he clarified that "if we have the results before that date and they are positive, the reopening will be brought forward and the public will be duly informed."

During the final day of Low Festival, the city's mayor, Toni Pérez, and the councilor for Festivals, Mariló Cebreros, along with a representative from Baltimore Productions, accompanied the queen of the 2025 Fiestas Mayores Patronales, Paula Pascual Sánchez, and the ladies of the main court of honor on a tour of the venue and also enjoyed several of the scheduled concerts.

Festival Facts

A total of just over 65,000 people visited the Guillermo Amor Sports City between Friday and Sunday. Furthermore, all those who weren't in person were still able to enjoy the concerts from home thanks to the now traditional live broadcast on Radio 3.

This year, the festival relied on Correos Express as its logistics operator and once again emphasised sustainability and innovation, with a 100% autonomous waste collection system and vacuum toilets that reduce water consumption by 90%. These initiatives consolidate Low as one of the most conscious festivals on the national scene.

The organizers emphasized that Low Festival's solidarity initiative was also included in this year's invitations, with a donation (after deducting management and processing fees) going entirely to two Benidorm-based social organizations: Afa Marina Baixa, which provides services to people with Alzheimer's and their families, and the Doble Amor Association, dedicated to the training and promotion of people with intellectual disabilities.
