The Councilor for Urban Planning, Lourdes Caselles, reported today that "the Comprehensive Action Program (PAI) for the Partial Plan Sector 1/1 Ensanche de Levante, with all relevant documentation, has been published on the City Council's website since February 3, the first business day after the announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana." Specifically, she explained that the announcement of submission to public information was included in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Government (DOGV) on January 30 and stated that "the documentation would be available in the 'Public Information' section of the Department of Urban Planning, as it has been, and where it has been consulted by 372 users since February 3, according to the views of the municipal website."
The councillor responded to the Socialist group, emphasizing that "contrary to what the PSOE maintains, perpetually entrenched in falsehood, the regulations on publicity and access to information in a public disclosure process have been strictly adhered to."
On the other hand, Caselles explained that "the PSOE is also lying when it says that the public disclosure process has not been disseminated in widely circulated print media, since the announcement was published on page 16 of the Diario Información newspaper on January 27, something that is easily verifiable."
She emphasized that "the file is also available in the Urban Planning Department from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., contrary to the PSOE stated." During this time, "only one person has come to consult the file, and municipal staff has offered them the option of accessing and viewing it in full by requesting an appointment."
For all these reasons, Caselles concluded that "the public disclosure process is not affected by any irregularities that invalidate it; quite the contrary, since during this time it has been consulted online by nearly 400 people, which demonstrates that publicity, access, and participation have been guaranteed and promoted."
