The event will be held this Friday and marks the beginning of a new era for this space designed to boost the local business ecosystem
Benidorm relaunches its Espai Coworking with a networking event and open day
Benidorm City Council, through its Employment and Local Promotion Agency, has announced the relaunch of Espai Coworking Benidorm, a public space designed to be the epicentre of entrepreneurship and innovation in the city. To mark the beginning of this new era, they have organised a networking event with local entrepreneurs and an open house, which will take place this Friday, October 17th, at 12:00 p.m., at the coworking space located at 3 Avenida Juan Fuster, Zaragoza.
This strategic initiative seeks to give the space a new lease of life, turning it into a dynamic meeting point for professionals, startups, and freelancers in the city and the La Marina region. As part of this renovation, the new official website https://espaicoworkingbenidorm.com has been launched, which will centralise all information and activity schedules, and allow for simple event registration.
The event will feature two leading figures in the region's business community: Dioni Navarro, director of the Acronáutica Group and current president of JOVEMPA Marina Baixa (Young Entrepreneurs Association); and Débora Carretero, CEO of the travel agency Low Travel and president of AVIBE (Benidorm Travel Agencies Association).
Both speakers, who began their entrepreneurial careers at the Espai Coworking Benidorm, will share their experiences and perspectives, and analyse the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship in such a dynamic environment as Benidorm. A networking event will follow, allowing attendees to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen ties with the local entrepreneurial community in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Councillor for Employment and Local Promotion, Mónica Gómez, emphasised that "with the relaunch of the Espai Coworking, we reaffirm our commitment to local talent and the creation of an ecosystem that facilitates the emergence and consolidation of new business projects. We want this space to be a true engine of innovation, a place where ideas are transformed into successful companies, thereby promoting job creation, one of the pillars of municipal action, as it is the best social policy we can promote."
This revitalisation project was designed in collaboration with the Genion cooperative, an expert in coworking space management and entrepreneurial ecosystem development. It was made possible thanks to the support of the Alicante Provincial Council, which funded this initiative through a grant application process for the Economic Development and Productive Sectors Department.
Attendance at the event is free, but places are limited. Anyone interested in attending and experiencing the renovated Espai Coworking Benidorm firsthand can register through https://espaicoworkingbenidorm.com.
