Young talents from the Music Conservatory take center stage at the next event in the Great Recital Series

Los jóvenes talentos del Conservatorio protagonizan la próxima cita del ciclo de Grandes Recitales

Grand Recital Series returns this Friday to Benidorm City Hall Auditorium with the Young Talents of José Pérez Barceló Municipal Professional Music Conservatory. The event, with free admission until capacity is reached, will take place at 8:00 p.m.

The program prepared for the occasion will begin with the work "Stubernic" by M. Ford. Gabriel Fuster, Eric Rodríguez, and Rafael Domenech Ródenas will be on percussion. The following pieces will also be performed: "Variations on Porgy and Bess" by E. Sammut, with Saúl Arjona on marimba; "Concerto Op. 76 in G major, Allegro Maestoso," by Briot, with Cecilia Carballo on violin; "Andante y rondo caprichoso, Op. 14, by F. Mendelssohn, with Cristina Arbona on piano; Concert Piece No. 2, Op. 114, by F. Mendelssohn, with Eric Polikit and Rubén Martínez on clarinet.

This will be followed by J. Vitols's "Romance," with Alina Stulgaite on violin; Joaquín Turina's "Fantastic Dances" (exaltation) and Pedro Soler on piano; and the concert will conclude with Pedro Iturralde's "Memoirs," with Elena García (soprano), Anouk Dom (alto), Nils Dom (tenor), and Joan Fuentes (baritone). The concert will also feature Professor Pedro Mercado as accompanying pianist.

The Councillor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, encouraged music lovers to come to the Assembly Hall on Friday, "where they can enjoy music, youth, and talent."
