The ten students of the course of 'Auxiliary operations of continuous and under construction coatings' training project 'BENIDORM INCLUSION', have begun the last phase of the training process with the start of the PPNL (Professional Non-Work Practices) in companies Benidorm City Council concessionaires: Acciona, Hidraqua, Sice, OHL-Services Ingesan and Aquambiente.

The period of PPNL will be 80 hours that will be added to the 440 already developed in the Training Center for Employment 'Pepita Puchades', dependent on the Agency for Employment and Local Development (AEDL) of the City of Benidorm. The finalization is scheduled for March 29, the day on which the training itinerary on 'Maintenance and restoration of buildings' will be concluded.

The Councilor for Employment and Local Development, Mª Jesús Pinto, accompanied the young people in the beginning of this practical phase and stressed that it contributes "to strengthen the employability and professional skills of young people and empower them for work auxiliary in construction works to obtain their corresponding certificate of professionalism ". Pinto has shown confidence that "the group will achieve the goals that have been proposed" in the new phase has begun.

'BENIDORM INCLUSION' is a project of Benidorm City Council co-financed by the Youth Employment initiative of the European Social Fund with 91.8% of a budget that totals 100,990.22 euros. The initiative consists of three training itineraries: "Auxiliary activities in nurseries, gardens and garden centers", "Auxiliary operations of continuous and under construction coatings" and "Physical-sport and recreational animation". In them, 45 people are trained (15 per specialty), aged between 16 and 29, beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. The students receive a monthly scholarship of 400 euros for their participation.
