Commencement of the Planning Procedure for the Developable Land Sector Partial Plan 4/1 ‘Medical–Residential City

By resolution of the Local Government Board dated 11 August 2024, it is decided to admit for processing the initiative submitted by Ms. María Pilar Villar del Saz Navarro, acting on behalf of the URBAN DEVELOPMENT INTEREST GROUP ‘CIUDAD MÉDICO RESIDENCIAL’ OF BENIDORM, in her capacity as its President, concerning the commencement of the programming procedure for the developable land sector Partial Plan 4/1 ‘Ciudad Médico Residencial’ of the 1990 P.G.M.O., under the modality of indirect urban development management, within the regime of management by the landowners provided for in Articles 119, 120 and 124.4 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2021 of 18 June, of the Consell, approving the Consolidated Text of the Law on Spatial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape.

The resolution and the technical and legal reports issued are hereby published for the purposes of allowing the cadastral owners of properties included within the scope of the plan, should they so wish, to adhere to the programme, whereby the land contributed shall be subject to compliance with the obligations inherent thereto.”
