Amendment of the Voluntary Land Readjustment Project of the Meseguer Unit of the Murtal II Partial Plan

By resolution of the Local Government Board dated 28 April 2020, the Voluntary Land Readjustment Project for the Meseguer Sector, Murtal II Partial Plan (APA/PE5) of the PGMO of Benidorm, dated July 2019, was approved.

This notice is issued for general information. Any appeal against this resolution, which concludes the administrative process, may be filed optionally as a Reconsideration Appeal (Recurso de Reposición) with the City Council within one month. Alternatively, a Contentious-Administrative Appeal (Recurso Contencioso-Administrativo) may be filed with the Contentious-Administrative Court of Alicante within two months, in accordance with Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
