Municipal Registry of Action Programs, Urban Interest Groups and Collaborating Urban Entities
In compliance with the provisions of article 178 of Legislative Decree 1/2021, of June 18, of the Consell approving the Revised Text of the Law on Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape of the Valencian Community, according to which "1. The municipalities, within the scope of their competence, will keep separate publicly accessible registries: that of Action Programs and that of Urban Interest Groups and Collaborating Urban Entities. This Registry was already provided for by the previous regional legislation, however, it was a registry of regional competence, and with the new legislation, the creation of a REGISTRY IN THE MUNICIPAL SCOPE is imposed.
In compliance with the legal obligation provided for in article 178.1 of the TRLOTUP, by agreement of the Municipal Plenary adopted in the session of June 27, 2022, the creation of the Registry of Programs, Urban Interest Groups and Collaborating Urban Entities of the Benidorm City Council is approved, regulating its content. The agreement was published in the Official Journal of the Generalitat Valenciana number 9385 on July 17, 2022.
In this Registry of Action Programs - Integrated and Isolated -, of Urban Interest Groups and Collaborating Urban Entities, the action programs and those groups or entities that intervene in the urban actions carried out by this Corporation since the current urban planning regulations of the Valencian Community came into force will appear, without prejudice to those that, before this legal mandate, were already registered and appear in the autonomous Registry of the Ministry responsible for urban planning.
The purpose of the Registry is to formally publicize the approved action programs, as well as the existing urban interest groups and collaborating urban entities, favoring their public consultation, and in turn, providing legal transparency to the procedure that entails registration in the Registry.
