Detailed Study at Calle Mercado No. 16

By Resolution No. 617/2015 dated February 17, 2025, the Detailed Study for raising two floors (PB + 6) in a building intended for parking use on a plot located at Calle Mercado No. 16, formulated by the company IBERTELE, S.L., dated October-2024, together with the "Agreement for the monetization of the obligation to transfer a commercial premises established in the Urban Agreement signed by the Benidorm City Council and the Entity Telefonica S.A.U. for the modification of the urban parameters of the property located at Calle Mercado No. 16.”, documents that are inserted in File No. 40153/2023 (Ref. 3 PL-06/2023) of the Planning and Management Department, during the period of TWENTY DAYS, counting from the day following the publication of the edict in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, in accordance with article 61.1.a) of Legislative Decree 1/2021 of June 18 of the Consell, which approves the consolidated text of the Law on Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape, to formulate the allegations that are deemed pertinent.
