Adapted services are for the exclusive use of disabled people and the organization.
Family members and companions can share the shaded area with the user, as long as they do not prevent the users of the point from having the necessary space and do not hinder the work of the support staff.
The number of baths and their duration will depend on the number of people waiting and the availability of the staff providing the service.
Disabled people who, using the amphibious chair to enter and exit the water, wish to abandon it and swim autonomously will sign a commitment assuming their responsibility and exempting the City Council and the company awarded the management of the service from the possible consequences.
OUR OBJECTIVE
Our goal is to achieve user satisfaction through total compliance with their expectations, through the application of the most advanced resources and the collaboration of an excellent team of motivated professionals. We work towards continuous improvement and for this reason, we monitor the facilities and user service. That is why our work is loaded with empathy so that the communication is completely personalized and the user feels satisfied with the service we provide.
RELATIONSHIP WITH USERS
The attitude of the support staff must be facilitative of the tasks they are responsible for for users.
Support staff will transfer the user to the amphibious chair, remain in the water with them, and return them to the individual chair.
At all times the monitors will maintain respectful treatment of users.
A suggestion box is made available to the user.
The support staff will be informed of the day and time, as well as the number of people who will attend the point as a group. The company will reinforce staff if necessary.
All staff know the responsibilities and functions of each job.
We will work as a team to improve the quality of the service provided.
Measure the expectations and degree of satisfaction of users of the services offered through a survey, to know their opinion to develop current and future services.
GROUPS AND COLLECTIVES
To provide the best possible service to all users, it would be advisable for groups or groups that want to use our facilities to give sufficient notice in advance so that none of the 3 points are saturated and if necessary, they will be reinforced with more support personnel.

App MAPS VOICE
The tourist experience can be satisfactorily lived with problems of low vision or blindness, thanks to the technological advances that mobile phones and applications such as MAPS VOICE have brought about, which have been created to improve accessibility through voice interpretation of the plans. Benidorm is one of the pioneer municipalities that have implemented it within their accessible tourist information offer.

POINTS OF HERITAGE INTEREST
Benidorm has located the main points of historical and natural interest on a fully accessible interpretive panel, installed on Paseo de Poniente, at the height of Les Fontanelles spring, one of the heritage assets included in the panel.
In this panel, six heritage icons of Benidorm have been introduced from a natural, historical and cultural point of view, such as our Tossal de La Cala, the island, the Castell, Les Fontanelles spring, Serra Gelada and Torre de Les Caletes.
Written in braille, it is the first to be implemented in different places in the city
