Campaign #BenidormTeEspera
Benidorm City Council is calling for the #BenidormTeEspera campaign to promote our city for the upcoming Valentine's Day, and San José, Father's Day, campaigns on February 14 and March 19 respectively.
1. PURPOSE
On March 26, 2020, the moment in which the promotional campaign #BenidormTeEspera was born, from Benidorm City Council and with the collaboration and participation of the entire social and economic fabric, the effort to show the world what awaits you in our city when we can return to normal.
The purpose of this contest is to promote the creativity of businesses and services, hospitality, restaurant and leisure establishments, hotels and passenger transport in Benidorm, encouraging the decoration of their establishments or vehicles, on the occasion of Valentine's Day and Father's Day campaigns. José, rewarding the participants with ornamentation, lighting and atmosphere that contribute to promoting our city and its hashtag #BenidormTeEspera through Social Networks and other media.
2. THEME
The theme to be developed in the decoration of the establishments, vehicles and/or any other support will be free. Participants will have complete freedom in terms of technique, style and materials, the only essential requirement being to include the hashtag #BenidormTeEspera, which must remain prominently and visible to the public until March 22.
Who can request it?
All businesses and services, hospitality, restaurant and leisure establishments, hotels and passenger transport in Benidorm that have or have requested a municipal opening license for an establishment in the municipality of Benidorm with a shop window or visible support for the display may participate in the campaign. In the case of passenger transport vehicles, the activity license is in force for the development of its activity before February 6, 2021.
In any case, participants must be up to date with payments to Social Security, Treasury, municipal taxes and public income, as well as other Administrations.

The registration admission period will be from January 26 to February 8, 2021, both inclusive.

Legitimation: the processing of these data is legitimized in compliance with a legal duty of the person responsible in the terms described in these bases, namely:
Law 3/2011, of March 23, of the Generalitat, of Commerce of the Valencian Community.
Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
Deletion period: the data will be kept for 5 years, from the granting of the aid, concerning the personal data contained in the documentation that accredits the requirements that were expressed in the responsible declarations and other documentation presented, as well as in the supporting documents for carrying out the activity that is the basis for granting the subsidy. To the General Treasury of Social Security and the Tax Agency regarding verifications of being up to date with social and tax obligations;
To the Provincial Council of Alicante regarding the supervision work of this subsidy;
