Youth organizes a DJ begining course

The Youth Council, within its training program aimed at young people in Benidorm, has planned an introductory course in the exciting world of DJs, taught by a professional in the sector with more than 30 years of experience. The activity will begin on November 23 and will end on December 23, in sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The course is aimed at fans who with a minimum of knowledge intend to enter the DJ world and those who wish to establish previously acquired knowledge and practices.

The syllabus that will be taught will cover aspects such as the different types of mixes and transitions in electronic music. Knowledge of equipment and hardware, as well as digital tools and professional software will also abound. On the theoretical side, the course will deal with aspects such as musical structure, dance floor management, the DJ industry and, of course, the history of dance music.

The course organized by Youth will be eminently practical. It will be distributed in ten classes of two hours each and a final collective session in which students will be able to exercise the skills acquired with a live audience.

The price of the course registration is 20 euros. Those who wish can expand this information at the Youth Information Center, located on the ground floor of the Town Hall.
