The Youth Association of the Marina Baixa brings together in Benidorm to celebrate the Youth Day

The solidarity campaign will raise funds for the Spanish Association Against Cancer

Next Saturday, September 16, it will be held in Benidorm the 'Youth Day' organized annually by Jove's Marina Baixa, the entity that brings together the councils of Alfàs del Pi area, Callosa d'En Sarrià, Finestrat, Castell de Guadalest, Polop, Vila Joiosa and host of 2017, Benidorm.

The councilwoman of Youth, Ana Pellicer, has announced that the events will start in Plaza de SS MM los Reyes de España, starting at 17.00 pm and at 18.00 will follow the Solidarity March "in favor of the Spanish Association  Against Cancer ". From 19.00 until 21.00 hours, the final of the Regional League of Table Games, with the awards ceremony scheduled at 21.00. At 19.30 you can continue exercising with a Zumba show. From 20.00 to 21.00, in the Investigators Room of the City Council, there will be an informative talk with the title 'Social networks, dangers', "which has the same theme - stressed Ana Pellicer - that the exhibition that can be seen in Spain 'Art:' Do not touch the WhatsApp '"which deals with" the danger of social networks and the fight against gender violence ".

Later, at 9:00 p.m. and during an hour, a show with the characters of 'Forja de Héroes' can be enjoyed and, starting at 10:00 p.m. in the evening, the "closing" will start the music concerts "with the performance of groups of the region, one of them, from here Benidorm, Karma Police "who will accompany Stress and Puño. The mayor has encouraged all the young people of Benidorm and the Marina Baixa to participate "in a way in solidarity with the march or doing sport with the zumba" and invited them to be part of "a young day in the Town Hall Square" .

For his part, the Youth coordinator, José Romeu, has pointed out regarding solidarity, that the registration will cost five euros "that will be donated in full to the association." The route will leave from Plaza de SS MM los Reyes de España, Plaza de la Hispanidad, Calle Valencia and return by the Paseo de Levante. On the way back, from the bar that will be installed by the Commission of Festes Majors Patronals, the participants will be offered water and soft drinks.
