Escobedo has appeared today along with the mayor of Events, José Ramón González de Zárate, and the promoter of the concert, David Olea.
The Rock Forever Festival is a rock and metal music event that will feature Sober, Narco and Sinaia as headliners and will feature nine other bands, mostly local and provincial. The festival will take place on Saturday 10 June in the auditorium Julio Iglesias of the Park de l'Aigüera, between 12.30 and 02.00 hours. Subsequently, the activity will move to different local rock music in the city.
De Zárate said that "it is important that Sober is here today to promote this Festival" and has influenced "the determined commitment to events for all types of public and all kinds of musical styles."
Carlos Escobedo stressed that "for me it is an honor to be the headliner of a festival like this, which is an opportunity to raise awareness of groups in the area," and explained that "for the Benidorm concert we have prepared something special , Because we will present our new LP Vulcano but we will also include themes from our previous works ".
The promoter of Rock Forever recalled that the event was created to "promote local, provincial and national bands" placing them on the same stage as potent groups that are "in full promotion" of their latest albums, such as Sober and His 'Vulcan'.
Tickets for the festival are available through www.ticketea.com and in different physical outlets in Benidorm such as the Triangular Plaza kiosk, the Bourbons Bar and Benidorm Excursions - both on Gerona Street. It can also be purchased in other places in the province as Travel Miau of San Vicente del Raspeig or Tatto Monster in Elche.
The Councilor for Events has ensured that "this Rock Festival is expected to be the first of many."
