Rare Diseases are made known to schoolchildren of CEIP Mestre Gaspar López in Benidorm
Primary students of the CEIP Mestre Gaspar López de Benidorm participated this morning in the activity 'Federito, the four-leaf clover', an educational project and children's animation to promote respect for difference and normalize the image of rare diseases among the child population. The activity, which has the support of the Department of Education, has been organized by the Association of Rare Diseases of Benidorm and Region (AERBECO), member of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER).
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, who also holds the competences in Education, has attended the representation that this morning the schoolchildren have made in the center, in which professors and representatives of AERBECO have participated, which will commemorate the 28th February the World Day of Rare Diseases.
