Poseidón hotel celebrates its 50 anniversary in Benidorm

One of the most emblematic hotels in Benidorm, the Poseidón Hotel, celebrated its fiftieth anniversary tonight with a reception attended by customers, suppliers, and friends.

The hotel facility, located in the heart of the city, on Calle del Esperanto, was the first to be built in a series of establishments that have two more in the city, Poseidón Playa and La Estación, and others in Benimaurell, Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja, and La Manga del Mar Menor.

Pere Joan Devesa, the owner of the hotel welcomed, on behalf of his family, the hundreds of guests who wanted to share the fiftieth anniversary of cutting-edge facilities in the city that have been renewed and updated over time and that serve thousands of tourists throughout the year.

The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, led the institutional delegation made up of a good part of the government team and representatives of the rest of the municipal groups. Also present were the provincial deputy, José Ramón González de Zárate, and, on behalf of the hotel management, HOSBEC, its president, Fede Fuster.

Pere Joan Devesa thanked the guests for attending and toast, together with the members of his family present, for the first fifty years of the Hotel and the future of the coming years.
