Since February 17 they operate in simulcast and the channels have already noticed their migration
Next week there will be changes in the frequencies of some TV channels
During the next week, from September 14 to 20, there will be changes in the frequencies through which certain television channels are broadcast, taking into account the release of frequencies from the Second Digital Dividend within the scope of the National Technical Plan for Digital Television Terrestrial, leaving the channels organized in 8 multiples.
The Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures has reported on the possibility of retuning some frequencies to continue receiving television multiples since the relocation of frequencies occurs after a European mandate that aims to harmonize a frequency band according to the advent of high-speed 5G telephony.
More information on the process in question, the planned aid plan, registered installers, guides and tutorials and other aspects are available on the web www.televisiondigital.es; general information on the telephones 901 201 004 and 910 889 879.
The affected band (694-790 MHz) should have been released on June 30, but due to the effects of the pandemic, its full release was postponed to October 31.
Since February 17 there are simultaneous broadcasts (both through the channel that is going to disappear and the new one) in eleven broadcasting centers in the province; among them, Benidorm.
