Benidorm City Council has installed new signage panels in the town hall building to make it easier for citizens to carry out procedures or clarify "any type of doubt they may have" with reference to municipal services, said the Councilor for Citizen Participation, Ana Pellicer, once the placement and labeling work with vinyl has been completed in the administrative offices.
The indicators can now be easily accessed from "each of the floors and at the main and secondary entrances of the Town Hall," said Pellicer. The "fully accessible" panels inform citizens "which departments are to be found" and how to access it. For this purpose, a clear typeface "colors and geometric shapes" has been used to clarify and make its understanding more efficient. The signage has been carried out in Spanish, Valencian and English "so that foreign residents can make their efforts easier".
Ana Pellicer has also announced that, shortly, the information screens distributed by the City Council, extensions and municipal buildings will incorporate this information and the use of new technologies will be emphasized to bring the information even closer to citizens.
