'My story' by Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada in Club de Opinión lecture series
The popular fashion designer Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada presented her book 'My Story' last night in Benidorm, in a meeting in which she was accompanied, among others, by the stylist from Benidorm and customer designer Cristina Rodríguez and all of this framed within the Opinion Club conference cycle.
The recently elected new president of the Club, Lourdes Picazo, in her first public intervention as such, presented Ruiz de la Prada from the lectern of the City Hall Assembly Hall at full capacity. Among the attendees, were the mayor, Toni Pérez, other members of the corporation and the regional deputy, Manuel Pérez Fenoll.
Cristina Rodríguez recalled her connections with Benidorm by Ruiz de la Prada, who was one of the muses of the transition and her ancient ancestry since she is the Marchioness of Castelldosrius, Baroness of Santa Pau y Grande de España.
For her part, the Madrid designer, who recently participated in the Mediaset program, 'Dancing with the Stars', recalled her experiences in towns in the Marina Baixa such as Polop, Vila Joiosa or Benidorm and explained the genesis and creative process of his latest book 'My Story' (La Esfera de los Libros, 2022) that many of the attendees were able to purchase at the stand installed in the Assembly Hall.
With this conference, the Opinion Club kicks off its 2024 programming, which every month invites its members and citizens to a meeting, always free, with top-level figures from Spanish society.
