The City Council requests to benefit from the call for aid from the Diputación de Alicante for bonus-consumption campaigns
As of Monday, face-to-face service points will be enabled for users of #BenidormTeDaMás with difficulties in accessing their bonus
Monday opens the deadline for citizens to request their 5 bonuses of 10 euros and start using them as a discount on purchases and drinks in participating establishments
Starting next Monday, May 16, the Benidorm City Council will enable face-to-face service points for users of the #BenidormTeDaMás campaign who have technical difficulties in accessing their vouchers. The mayor, Toni Pérez, explained that "to bring this service as close as possible to citizens and avoid displacement, a service point has been set up in the City Hall Investigators Room, located on the ground floor of the building's secondary access, and also in the municipal administrative extensions of Rincón de Loix, La Cala, Beniardá avenue, Maravall street and Els Tolls”.
Toni Pérez has pointed out that "although the request and download of the vouchers are done primarily through mobile devices or computers, we are aware that part of the population does not have these means or that, for various reasons, is not familiar with new technologies. Hence, once again we make this face-to-face service available to them to facilitate access to the campaign and allow them to enjoy their bonuses”. Some points will also serve to resolve possible incidents.
These service points will work from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In addition, users who require any type of information related to the campaign have at their disposal the email benidormtedamas@benidorm.org and the telephone number 96-6815443.
Also in the administrative extensions, in the morning, the affiliated establishments that wish to do so will have at their disposal the signage of adhesion to the campaign, which must be placed in a visible place. A poster that is also available on the campaign website: www.bonobenidormtedamas.es.
Just three days before "families can start requesting and using their five 10-euro consumption vouchers", the mayor has reported that the City Council has requested "to participate in the call for funds launched by the Alicante Provincial Council to campaigns to promote consumption under the bonus-consumption formula”. According to the bases of that call, he has detailed, "to Benidorm, by volume of population, we would be entitled to an aid of 292,491 euros, which translates into 29,250 consumption bonds of 10 euros."
Toni Pérez has recalled that "#BenidormTeDaMás begins effectively this Monday, May 16, at 10:00 a.m., from which time users can request, download and use their vouchers-consumption in the establishments and services adhered to the campaign, currently more than 450”.
How to get the bonuses
The procedure to obtain bonuses is very simple from any mobile device or computer. The user must enter the website www.bonobenidormtedamas.es and from there go to the Consumer Area.
Once there, you can register by providing your DNI or NIF and setting a password.
As it is a free discount voucher, the beneficiary must be registered in Benidorm on April 1, 2022, and be of legal age on May 31. The data will be collated by the system and if everything is correct, the platform will proceed with the registration.
Once registered on the website, users can request their vouchers from there or download them in pdf format and print them if they wish. From the BuyBono mobile application -available in the Play Store and Apple Store- bonuses can also be requested once users have registered on the web.
To do this, they must install it on their mobile device and access their Private Area from the Consumers section, entering the DNI and the password with which they registered on the web.
When this step has been completed, you will be able to download the bonus consumption. The application will create the QR code of the vouchers and offer all the information about them so that during the campaign the beneficiary can consult the vouchers that have been exchanged and the place where they were exchanged.
From the app itself, users will also be able to enter their profile and view the list of participating establishments where they can redeem the vouchers. A function that is also available on the web.
