Toni Pérez affirms that "the investment is profitable in Benidorm because the land is programmed, we respect it and our model is the most sustainable"
The mayor inaugurates the 'Alicante Real Estate' Conference on 'Future Perspectives and Trends'
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has today inaugurated the Alicante Real Estate Conference, which has been held in the InTempo building and has focused on 'Perspectives and trends for the future. The conference, organized by the Information Newspaper, has the collaboration of the Benidorm City Council, the Generalitat Valenciana, Euroval, TM Grupo Inmobiliario and Pérez Guerras and Associated Engineers and Architects.
Pérez highlighted the value of this conference "as a magnificent way of learning" and "because it seeks to become the capital of what matters to society and the business fabric, which is capable of developing an economic model that redistributes wealth". At that point, the mayor insisted on "continuing to defend the territorial model of the province, our way of living and understanding life" and recalled Benidorm that "it is a city that six decades ago decided that its planning should be one and We have respected."
The first mayor, in this sense, has urged those present to "invite people and investors to come to Benidorm because the investment is profitable, the land is programmed, we respect even the smallest space to offer happiness and above all, we respect our land because one day we decided that height was the most sustainable and efficient model to be able to have today a land reserve that very few cities can raise”.
Finally, Péerz welcomed the fact that in the Poniente area alone “at the moment there are five cranes that exceed 20 heights, which has a lot to do with what we do here today. So I hope to see more cranes soon.”
