The mayor commissions technical reports after the TACRC decision on the contract specifications for the collection of urban solid waste

The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has commissioned the Contracting, Intervention, Engineering and Secretariat departments to prepare technical reports following the resolution of the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources (TACRC) to annul several points included in the specifications for the tender for the contract for street cleaning and collection of urban solid waste, specifications that were approved in the plenary session last December.

The City Council will not decide until the reports have been drawn up and the steps to follow in this matter will be determined by what is advised in said reports. The TACRC resolution has been conveyed to the entire Corporation when it was incorporated today into the agenda of the next Internal Regime information committee.
