Benidorm City Council continues with the traffic reorganization works prior to the closure of the upper section of Beniardá Avenue, which, due to the execution of the project to bury this road, will be closed to traffic on September 12 from the roundabout of the ETAP to Capitan Cortes street. Specifically, several streets in Els Tolls and Colonia Madrid are currently being adapted to the alternative itinerary that will be given to residents and emergency vehicles to access Benidorm via Camí del Llandero during the 10 months that the burial works last.

Within these previous adaptation works, it is planned that from next Monday, September 5, until the 12th, Calle Italia will be cut off. In addition, the closure of Virgen del Rocío street will continue.

Due to the closure of both streets, between September 5 and 12, the entry and exit of the fairground park and ride will be carried out at the same point: the access of Calle Inglaterra closest to the bullring.

While the outage lasts, to reach the Fairground car park, vehicles must follow the following itinerary: drive along Andalucía avenue and then take Francia or Holanda avenues until reaching Inglaterra avenue. Likewise, only residents with a ford will be allowed access to the upper section of the Inglaterra and Portugal avenues.

The mobility department they have recalled that during the 10 months that the work to bury Beniardá Avenue lasts, residents and emergency vehicles will have an alternative itinerary to access Benidorm through Camino del Llandero, which will be configured as of September 7 as a one-way entry.
