IES Mediterrània celebrates its XII Hospitality and Tourism training seminars
This morning the XII edition of the Training Days of Hospitality and Tourism that each year organizes the IES Mediterrània has begun, in a ceremony in which the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, was accompanied by the director of the educational center, Luis González, the regional secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer and the head of studies of the institute, Eugenia Llinares. The training sessions begin today and will last until Thursday, May 16, in the morning.
In his speech, the mayor of Benidorm who also has assumed the municipal competencies in Education and Tourism, recalled "the importance of training" to achieve tourism excellence and has also encouraged them to "take advantage of every moment of this stage."
Throughout the day, consolidated professionals in the sector, will address in the conference different topics "how to live traveling", "The Vasocottura", "Guided Wine Bocopa tasting" and "Sustainability and Environment in all inclusive hotels". Tomorrow, Wednesday, we will talk about "Tourism and ICT", "Low temperature techniques", "Acttiv-Tourist Animation" and "Master Cutter of Ham". For the last day of these days has reserved subjects such as "Work standing up vs. work sitting," "Dishes with touches of Maná" and "Personal branding in social media."
