Hundreds of
neighbors enjoyed last night of the twenty-fourth annual Harvest Festival
organized by the House of La Mancha in Benidorm in the Auditorium Oscar Esplá,
with the support and collaboration of the department of Fiestas, thus putting
an end to the cultural week scheduled to commemorate the 25th anniversary of
the association.
The mayor
of
Pérez
members of the municipal corporation, accompanied in the act to the Harvest
Queen 2016, Nuria Mejías, along with the president of the House of La Mancha,
Yolanda Marcos; the secretary and Quijote 2016, Antonio Mejías; the outgoing
queen, Naomi Riego; the member of Honor and the Manchego 2016, Loren Torres. It
was also present the president of the Comission of Festes Majors Patronals,
Manuel Agüera, accompanied by the Queens of the Major Patroness Saint Festivities Beatriz Amor and
Paula González de Zárate flanked by their ladies, along with a large
representation of associations and cultural world of Benidorm.

The mayor
of Quintanar de la Orden, a town in
Juan Carlos Navalón, intervened as maintainer of the act, and the president of
the House of La Mancha in Benidorm and the region, Yolanda Marcos,
congratulated the outgoing and incoming queens. A folkloric show enlivened by
Tovadores de la Mancha and tipycal dances put an end to the Harvest Festival.
