Fangoria, La Casa Azul, Ojete Calor and Las Chillers join the Low Festival 2017 poster

15 March 2017
Fangoria, La Casa Azul, Ojete Calor y Las Chillers se suman al cartel de Low Festival 2017

Electronics and pop become the protagonists of these four new additions of powerful personality

The price of the three-day ticket, available from € 66 at the moment, will rise tomorrow.

Low Festival 2017 continues adding artists to its line-up. With these four new names and lack of more confirmations, the festival already has nearly forty bands to be mentioned the next 28, 29 and 30 July in Benidorm in which it will be an essential event with indie, rock, pop and electronics.

Well-known in the national scene thanks to an intense and long trajectory, Fangoria confirms its presence in the next edition of Low Festival where they will present their twelfth album "Songs for romantic robots". The duo, formed by Nacho Canut and Alaska, will take the stage to turn their songs into authentic anthems full of pop and electronic. All with their unique and characteristic personality they have already demonstrated with themes like "Polysentimental Geometry", which adds to the already recognized "Dramas and comedies" or "Twisting words".

Pop also comes from La Casa Azul. With a particular sound that oscillates between bubblegum, sunshine-pop and europop, the band from Barcelona, led by the unmistakable Guille Milkyway, will unveil songs from their upcoming album "La Gran Esfera", which will be published this year and "It could be worse".

Another of the confirmed names is that of Ojete Calor. Returning to the stages after a temporary withdrawal in 2014, Carlos Ojete and Aníbal Calor will step on land in Benidorm to bring their irreverent melodies, which they call "subnopop" to the show. His hymnics "0.60" or "Viejoven" will sound next to songs such as "Tonta Gilipó" or "The bad people", advances of his new album that will see the light in the next months.

They could not miss in these confirmations the acid and multifaceted Las Chillers. With a show where music is transmitted by theater, humor and passion, the Madrid quintet will play catchy and classic themes of the national scene that will certainly make #GiganticLow a real party with a transgressive show.

Following these confirmations, Low Franz Ferdinand 2017 already features Pixies, Franz Ferdinand, Lori Meyers, Dorian, Dorian, Mando Diao, Roosevelt, Sidonie, Neuman, Agorazein, Miss Caffeina, Punsetes, The New Raemon & McEnroe or Love Triangle Bizarro among many others.
