The day of business promotion will serve as a prelude to the 'Focus-SME and Entrepreneurship' on November 3
The department of Employment, through the Agency of Local Development and Employment, has scheduled a day of business promotion under the title 'How to sell online in new markets' for next Wednesday, October 26, at 10.00 am, in the Assembly Hall of the City Council, aimed at businessmen and entrepreneurs that will serve as a prelude to the eleventh edition of the 'Focus-SME and Entrepreneurship', scheduled for November 3 in Alicante. The Employment councilwoman María Jesús Pinto, presented the initiative accompanied by Joaquín Alcázar, CEO of the European Business Innovation Centre (BIC) of Elche, one of the organizers. This is a conference "focused on online sales in new markets," said Pinto, given by Andrés de España "one of the best specialists" in e-commerce. The forum will be about "what are the right steps so that our companies can expand digitally since selling on Internet is almost an obligation." Meanwhile, Joaquín Alcázar explained that the Focus-Small Business and Entrepreneurship is "a public-private initiative" which aims to "boost both, entrepreneurship and the creation of new innovative companies." In its development will be involved a hundred speakers "with more than 50 parallel activities" among which there are "conferences, roundtables, workshops companies, exhibitions and 'e-working'." They have established four themes: 'Productive and emergent sectors' 'Social Economy and sustainable development ', 'Entrepreneurship and business growth' and 'European opportunities'. There will also be four general themes: finance, internationalization, innovation and equality. Focus Small Business and Entrepreneurship is an initiative of the Generalitat through the Institute for Small and Medium Industry of the Generalitat Valenciana (IVACE) of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor, funded through the Feder Funds of the European Union and have the collaboration of European centers of innovative companies of Valencia, where the CEEI of Elche is framed.
