After the theme parties, the Pride today celebrates the ‘Gala Showtime’ at Auditorium Óscar Esplá
El Molino Benidorm, award ‘LGBT Tolerance 2019’ in the Pride week
The Tourism Association LGTB Benidorm, organizer of the Benidorm Pride, in collaboration with the Department of Great Events of the City of Benidorm, has given the award ‘LGBT Tolerance 2019’ to the El Molino party room, a benchmark for the night in Benidorm. The event has taken place on the terrace of the Voramar hotel in Benidorm.
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the Councilors of Events and Equality, Jesús Carrobles and Ángela Zaragozí, have participated in the event together with other colleagues in the corporation and the General Director of Tourism, Herick Campos. The Pride aims to give visibility with this award to people, companies and institutions committed to the fight for equal rights of the LGBTI collective.
After the award ceremony, Toni Pérez has taken the floor to thank the efforts made by the organizers of the Pride and collaborators such as El Molino, in the “projection of the city” that becomes “with the celebration of the last Pride of the year” in “International reference” for the entire LGBTI collective.
In the week of Benidorm Pride, about thirty establishments collaborate that have held different theme parties since Monday. Tonight will be the first big collective party, ‘Gala Showtime’, in Oscar Esplá auditorium. Tomorrow Thursday, on the same stage, the ‘White Party’ will be held. On Friday, in Julio Iglesias Auditorium, in Aigüera, it will be the turn of ‘Supermartxé Black Edition’. On Saturday, big day of the Pride, with ‘The Parade’, the great parade of floats and parties at the Julio Iglesias and collaborating discos. On Sunday, back to Oscar Esplá, Benidorm Pride Week will say goodbye until next year with its closing party ‘Supermartxé Superman’.
