Culture programs a children's play this Saturday in the Assembly Hall of Benidorm City Council
Next Saturday, January 20, the Benidorm City Hall Assembly Hall will host the performance of the children's play 'A Shoe, a Poet and his granddaughter' by the company La Subterránea. The work will begin at 6 p.m. and entry, as in all activities of the Department of Culture, will be free until capacity is reached.
The company La Subterránea has received numerous awards and nominations in competitions throughout its career, such as being a finalist for the Max Awards in 2018. The interpretation will be performed by Ester Medrano and Lucía Sáez.
The synopsis of the work brings us closer to a girl who finds an old shoe on a very windy day and from that moment everything changes as she begins an adventure in search of Federico García Lorca. A journey in which she will meet imagined characters who lead her to the path that shelters the poet's shadow.
