Benidorm dance schools star in one of the performances scheduled in El Castell and at SSMM Reyes de España and Hispanidad squares
Contemporary dance ‘takes’ the streets of Benidorm with the festival ‘Les Ones’
Contemporary dance is these days present in the streets of Benidorm on the occasion of the I Festival de Dansa al Carrer 'Les Ones', which until tomorrow Saturday will offer residents and tourists open-air shows in some of the most iconic enclaves of the urban fabric , such as El Castell and at SSMM Reyes de España and Hispanidad squares. Within the festival's schedule, this morning it was the turn of Benidorm dance schools, whose performance was followed, among others, by the mayor, Toni Pérez; the Councilor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez; and members of the Municipal Corporation.
After yesterday's performance by Marroch company and the show of Benidorm dance schools this morning; ‘Les Ones’ festival continues at 9:00 pm this Friday with the proposal ‘Moon Valley’ by Dahiana Betancourt and Sergio Navarro in El Castell.
Tomorrow's session will be started by the Argentinian Eduardo Ignacio Fizona, who will premiere the solo ‘Piel’ at 7:00 pm in El Castell. It will be followed by another premiere, ‘Persistent’ by Lidia Lara Tomás from Benidorm, at the same location at 7.15 pm. Tanit Cobas and Marta Santacatalina will close this I Festival de Dansa al Carrer at 9:00 p.m. in El Castell with their ‘S-end’.
