The City Council authorizes the opening of terraces until one in the morning

Benidorm City Council authorizes, from tomorrow, Friday, May 22, the opening hours of terraces to be extended until one in the morning. The current schedule allows it until 23 hours.

The agreement has been adopted after a meeting between the Department of Commerce and Abreca-Cobreca associations, due to the excellent behavior with schedules and regulations that both, companies and residents in Benidorm have observed in these first two weeks in Phase 1. , after the initial settings and the way to the new reality.

This agreement and extension of the measure have been promoted  after the decision of the Generalitat Valenciana not to request the change to Phase 2, which had already been planned by the sector.

The Department of Commerce encourages the maintenance of self-protection measures and to follow with the civic behavior of businessmen and neighbors to complete this phase.
