The works at El Cruce road are completed and only the repainting of part of the road signs is pending
The City Council asphalts tonight the roundabout of the CV-70 that links with Beniardá Avenue
From 22.00 this Wednesday, the CV-70 roundabout will be asphalted and linked to the extension of Beniardá Avenue, located at the height of the Red Cross post. The councilman of Mobility, José Ramón González de Zárate, has informed that these works will be carried out at night time "to disturb as little as possible the traffic", and once the repairs of the road in El Cruce are completed, the entire damaged surface has been resurfaced and only a part of the road signs have to be repainted.
De Zárate explained that this action in the roundabout of the CV-70 has been "widely claimed" by residents, residents of other points in the region and visitors, since the sign at this point presented adhesion problems that will now be solved . The mayor recalled that this roundabout is the one that "registers more entrance traffic to Benidorm", since in it converge vehicles coming from the variant of the national road 332 and the towns of the interior of the region, and also the one that It had a higher accident rate due to the deficiencies of the road.
This resurfacing, with which you gain in road safety, could be completed in a single day's work, although it is not ruled out that these works also have to be made at Thursday night.
