The City Council has already responded to the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Appeals

The Board of Spokesmen of Benidorm studied on Friday the six resources that several companies have filed against the specifications of the comprehensive contract of beaches as well as the technical solution developed by the department of Contracting and has already forwarded to the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Appeals. The specifications of the comprehensive contract of beaches were approved in the plenary session last September with 20 votes in favor of PP, PSOE, CBM and C's. The two councillors of Liberales and the non assigned councillor abstained, while the two councillors of Compromís-Los Verdes voted against the document. For about two months politicians and municipal technicians have been working and holding meetings to provide input to the specifications and improve the original document, now subject to the claim of several companies.
