Benidorm will add a new giant to its skyline: the 230-meter-high, 64-story TM Tower. The project was presented yesterday and will be completed in the second half of 2028. The mayor, Toni Pérez, and the councillor for urban planning, Lourdes Caselles, attended the presentation ceremony last night, accompanied by the president and CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, Ángeles and Pablo Serna. At the closing ceremony, the mayor highlighted the city's potential to attract investment and thus generate employment and well-being. He also emphasised that this new tower, like those previously built by TM, enhances the vertical urban planning that has been Benidorm's hallmark for almost seven decades.
