Benidorm finalizes the security device for the three Benidorm Fest galas
Benidorm City Council has already organized the security and health device that will be deployed for the celebration of the third edition of the Benidorm Fest next week at the Palau d'Esports L'Illa in Benidorm. Yesterday the usual coordination meeting took place at City Hall in which all the details were finalized and attended by technicians and officials from the Departments of Citizen Security and Events.
The number of security personnel will exceed 50 people between Local and National Police and private security, a figure that is estimated “more than enough” for a venue whose capacity is 2,418 people. In this sense, the private security company will provide 18 security guards, six members of the Specific Admission Service (SEA) and eight assistants.
The galas will take place on January 30 and February 1 (semifinals) and February 3 (final). On the three days of the event, the doors of the Palau will open at 7:30 p.m. so that attendees can enter and enjoy the atmosphere. Of course, the semi-final galas will not begin until 10:40 p.m., while the final gala of the event will begin at 10:00 p.m., according to the schedule provided by RTVE.
As for the ending time, this is scheduled for 00:30 a.m. For the departure of attendees, there are six evacuation points so that it takes place without any complications. Members of the Local and National Police and Firefighters have already visited the Palau premises to check all the security measures.
