The Special Operations Command reminds that registered people must confirm their participation
Benidorm finalizes the preparations for the swearing-in ceremony for civilian personnel on March 25
The City Council will set up a photographic space on Flickr so that civilian personnel can download the images of the ceremony
The Special Operations Command (MOE) and Benidorm City Council are finalizing these days the preparations for the swearing-in ceremony for civilian personnel that will be held on March 25 at Plaza Sus Majestades Reyes de España at 12:30 p.m.
Participating in the last coordination meeting were, among others, the Councilors for Citizen Security and Events, Lorenzo Martínez, and Jesús Carrobles; technicians from the areas of Protocol, Mobility, and Public Security; the Acting Commissioner of the Local Police, Luis Martín Arévalo; personnel of the National Police and Civil Protection Corps; and a delegation from the MOE made up of Commanders Mondaza and Sancho, heads of Force and Security; Captains Villarreal and Meziat, head of the Honorary Company and member of the Operations G3; and members of other divisions.
The military force in charge of this pledge of allegiance in Benidorm belongs to the Special Operations Command of Alicante, "green berets" of the Alférez Rojas Navarrete barracks, of Rabasa, and will preside over the act, together with the mayor Toni Pérez, the chief general of the MOE.
To be able to participate in the act of Benidorm on March 25, you must be over 18 years of age, have Spanish nationality, which must be accredited by DNI or data authorization, not have been declared incapacitated by a final judgment, or have passed to the least 25 years from the previous oath or promise, in which case it would be renewal.
The application to participate in the act and swear the flag must be formalized until March 21 through the website of the Ministry of Defense through the address https://sede.defensa.gob.es/acceda/procedimientos that directs to the Oath or Promise section before the Spanish Flag. Request (SIA Code: 203583) from where with Cl@ve certificate, it is formalized.
To facilitate the participation of interested persons who do not have electronic certificates and access to the Cl@ve system, from the Municipal Administrative Extensions of the Benidorm City Council the registration can be formalized in person, the interested parties must provide the supporting ID, and the Application form for participation in the event, completed, which can be downloaded from the website https://www.defensa.gob.es/Galerias/defensa_yodocs/20210805-Instancia_d….
As they have been reminded by the MOE, registered people who have received the email proving said registration must reconfirm their participation by email at moe_protocolo@mde.es or by phone at 965237645, indicating in addition to their assistance if they will come with any companion. The jurors must be on March 25 before 11:30 a.m. at Plaza SSMM Reyes de España for indications from the organization and general rehearsals, as indicated in the letter sent to the participants.
This same telephone number and email are also available for people who have not received the email with the letter of instructions or for any incident. In addition, the City Council makes the email juradebandera@benidorm.org available to the jurors for any questions.
With a view to this act and to make it easier for registered civilian personnel to have a memory of their pledge of allegiance, the City Council is going to set up a photographic space on Flickr, from which images of the moment can be downloaded.
Diplomas will be collected at the Youth Information Center, located at square, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the 25th.
